                Job Description
                
                
                    
                        
	As a Bartender you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:
	- 
		Greeting guests in a timely and professional mannerand explains any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
- 
		Verify guests that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age
- 
		Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items and be able to make recommendations
- 
		Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner at the bar and lounge area
- 
		Deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames
- 
		Consistently use suggestive selling techniques
- 
		Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
- 
		Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness 
- 
		Takes the order and input the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars of the order
- 
		Retrieves order from kitchen, confirms its accuracy and delivers it to guests
- 
		Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- 
		Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- 
		Helping to maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
- 
		Communicating any issues with guest satisfaction to the manager on duty.

                Requirements
                
                
                    
                        
	- 
		Must be at least 21 years of age
- 
		High School diploma or GED
- 
		Minimum of 1 year of full service bartending experience preferred
- 
		Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- 
		Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- 
		Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers in English
- 
		You must have organizational and time management skills and demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
